In fact, as a general thing, money-getters are the benefactors of our race. To them, in a great measure, are we indebted for our institutions of learning and of art, our academies, colleges and churches.  

1. Don’t mistake your vocation.

2. Select the Right Location.

3. Avoid Debt.

4. Persevere.

5. Whatever you do, do it with all your might.
